West Ham Store Appearance Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this prize raw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the current terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD Sports”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw.

1. What can you win?

Winners can have a chance to win the following prize (the “Prize”); Winners can have a chance to attend an exclusive West Ham store event at JD Sports, Stratford. People attending the event will have the chance to participate in a Live podcast with West Ham first team players.

Winners will be selected by completing the online sign up form and will receive a confirmation email if they have been selected to attend. Proof of confirmation must be shown on entry to the event. You can only enter once. If you’ve entered twice your second entry will not be considered. Full details of the event including time and location will be shared via email confirmation if selected to attend.

The Prize is subject to availability and may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not available or claimed JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

The ticket to the event is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the prize packages is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). JD Sports reserves the right to cancel the comp and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize including travel to the event unless stated as being provided as part of the prize package.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be;

• be aged eighteen (18) years or over; and

• be a resident in the U.K.

JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners and their companion (if applicable) to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. JD Sports reserve the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria is met. If the eligibility criteria is not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

To enter; complete the online sign up form by entering your details. You can only enter the competition once.

5. Closing Times

The competition will open from 16:00pm on 15.04.2024 to 16:00pm on 19.04.2024. Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

6. How is the winner selected?

Winners will be selected by completing the online sign up form. We will pick the winner at random. Winners will be contacted on email by the 21.04.2024. Winners will have 24 hours to confirm attendance. The winners will be decided by checking entries that meet the eligibility criteria. The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

9. Publicity

By taking part in the prize draw, entrants agree to participate in publicity at JD Sports’ request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their name, image, any relevant video footage of them and comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party).

JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
